Tom has been creating content for over 20 years. Originally as a TV Director, making documentaries for all the major UK and international broadcasters. His critically acclaimed work led to an Emmy nomination, multiple BAFTAs, and Royal Television Society wins. 

Then advertising came calling and he naturally evolved into a builder of content studios and creative agencies across the UK and North America. His progressive, agile, and innovative approach allowed him to build agencies perfectly tailored to the needs of clients in fast-evolving marketing climates, creating work for Subaru, Sony, Campbell’s, Bell Media, Tim Horton’s, Interac, and winning awards at Cannes, D&AD, The One Show and CLIOS. 

As Head of The Kitchen, Tom is committed to breaking the mold and setting a new standard of what an in-house agency can be, constantly looking to push boundaries and unlock creativity at the speed of culture.
