Ruben Mancebo is a creative operations and design leadership professional with experience building in-house creative capability, studio systems and scalable production workflows for global brands. Most recently, he built and led the Design and Motion function inside Philip Morris International’s Global Studio, supporting more than 100 markets. His work sits between creative quality and operational scale, including team building, agency and freelancer management, DAM governance, approval workflows, brand systems and AI-enabled production.
