What is the Campaign In-Housing Summit?
It is a summit for brand marketers, agency leaders, and technology experts to discuss how brands are structuring internal teams, how agencies are adapting, and how new technologies are reshaping marketing. The event features case studies, panel debates, and insights on operating models, talent management, and creative strategy.

Marketing directors, heads of in-house agencies, creative leaders, and agency professionals looking to understand the evolving relationship between brands and their internal/external partners.

The summit will take place on Thursday 12 November at the Hilton London Tower Bridge.

By Underground: The nearest Underground station is London Bridge Station (Jubilee and Northern Lines), just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. Take the Borough High Street / Tooley Street exit, turn right onto Tooley Street, and the hotel entrance will be on your left.
By Taxi: Please provide drivers with the postcode SE1 2BY and the main entrance on More London Place / Tooley Street.
By Car / Parking: The hotel does not have on-site parking available. Public car parks are conveniently located nearby, including: NCP Car Park London Snowfields (10-minute walk), Q-Park Tower Bridge (12-minute walk)
By Train: The nearest mainline railway station is London Bridge Station (a 3-minute walk), providing direct services via Southeastern, Thameslink, and Southern lines.

The Campaign In-Housing Summit brings together brand leaders, CMOs, in-house creative directors, and external agency partners to explore how to build, scale, and optimise internal marketing operations.

Can I transfer my place to someone else?
Substitute delegates are welcome at no extra charge. Please notify us by sending an email to sophie.darch@haymarket.com with the full contact details (name, job title, email, dietary/accessibility requirements) of the new attendee.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation of registrations must be received in writing to sophie.darch@haymarket.com.
Cancellations received will be refunded at the following rates:
30 days and more prior the event date: Full fee refunded less a £45 administration fee
29 days and less prior to the event: We regret that no refund can be made.
Any cancellations that still have payment outstanding will be liable for either the administration fee, 50% of the registration fee or the full registration fee, depending on the date and time of the cancellation.
Substitute delegates are welcome at no extra charge but we require you to advise us of any substitutions (including full contact details, dietary and accessibility requirements) no later than Monday 9 September 2026.
When will I receive joining instructions for the event?
You will receive joining instructions one week prior to the event. If you have not received this information, please email sophie.darch@haymarket.com with your booking reference number.
When will I receive my conference badge?
Upon arrival please head towards the registration desk where you will be provided with a badge. Please ensure that you wear your badge at all times.
In the event that you lose your badge, a replacement must be obtained at registration. In addition, some of the exhibiting companies may ask to scan your badge. Please be aware that by doing this you will be providing your basic contact details.
Is there a cloakroom at the venue?
There will be a complimentary cloakroom for small bags and coats.
Are lunch and refreshments included in the registration fee?
Hot and cold refreshments will be available in the networking area throughout the day. This is included in the ticket price. If you have indicated any allergies or dietary requirements when registering, these will be provided to the venue.
Is Wifi available?
Complimentary WI-FI will be available for general web browsing and email throughout the event.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for the conference is smart casual and comfortable shoes are recommended.
Will there be photography at the event?
There will be photography taking place during the conference and the resulting images may be used for promotional purposes on-line and/or in printed materials.
