Rhona has spent 30 years in some of the most established and disruptive agencies across

advertising, including DDB, HHCL & Partners, and Grey at WPP. Along the way she has held

senior roles in client service, supporting global and national accounts, including P&G, Britvic,

Tui, Mars, BskyB and Dairy Crest. Latterly Rhona held a Grey EMEA regional role as

Director of Business Development driving commercial growth programmes and contributing

to nine consecutive years of double-digit growth.


Rhona is a firm believer in the power of creativity to transform brands and has led

campaigns that have scooped at Cannes, D&AD, IPA, Euro Effie’s and APG. BSkyB’s «What do you want to watch? » took the brand to their first million customers, BHF’s «Watch Your Own Heart Attack“ TV spot saved lives, and increased viewing during a primetime ad break. „Yoobot“, a gaming solution designed to teach children the dangers of unhealthy eating, attracted 2 million users and hatched 9 million avatars.


Since founding her own consultancy, Rhona has worked with a portfolio of creative

businesses to develop their go to market strategy, value proposition and marketing.
