Nicola joined Specsavers at the start of 2020. Like all other business leaders, the last 2 years have been littered with unforeseen challenges. But despite this, Nicola has led the evolution of Specsavers Creative Department, into a 90 strong, full service in house agency, with Creativity and Customer Experience at the heart of its offering.
Prior to Specsavers , Nicola spent 3 years at Havas and almost a decade at Grey London, where alongside her Head of Account Management role, she ran McVitie’s, GSK and P&G brands. In her earlier career, she worked in both CRM and Shopper marketing agencies, as well as enjoying a couple of years leading the Marketing Department at AirMiles ( now Avios)
Nicola is a believer in the power of partnership with clients, and that these partnerships are the most important ingredient in the making of great agencies and great work. Irrespective of whether those relationships are internal, or external.
