Lucy Powell

One of a small group of truly integrated production specialists, Lucy rose through the ranks of agency production at BBH & JWT to become Head of Production at Havas; the youngest head of department in the industry at that time. In 2018 she went client side as Executive Producer, and later Head of Production, at Sky Creative. In 2022, Lucy chose to expand her skillset further by going production company side and is currently an Executive Producer at The Sweetshop.  

Alongside her career in production, Lucy founded the Advertising Freelancers Association; the first organisation of its kind providing guideline rates, clear tiers of experience and support for producers spanning agency, broadcast, hybrid, post production and business affairs.

With a multifaceted career as a Producer, Executive Producer, Head of Production and Founder, Lucy brings a unique perspective to advertising production and a forward-looking vision for its future.
