Louise is a creative operations leader with over ten years working in-house for household brands such as Just Eat, Dunelm, Joseph Joseph and Beauty Pie. She's built Creative Operations teams from scratch, led the globalisation of creative studios from servicing one market to multiple markets across Europe, managed multidisciplinary creative teams based locally and remotely and has implemented systems and working processes to drive best practice, increase studio productivity and improve creative output.
