Before leading the marketing team at fast growing scale-up drinks brand MOJU, Jon worked in a variety of brand roles within both blue chip (Danone, Heineken) and start up (Simba) business, across both DTC pureplay and omnichannel models. This broad perspective has enabled Jon to customise his approach to building high performing marketing teams – utilising a hybrid mix of agile, in-house talent alongside external specialist expertise.
