After building one of the UK's most celebrated in-house agencies at Shelter, where her team delivered award-winning work that raised millions and helped drive legislative change, she joined Asahi Europe & International as Head of Creative. Helen now leads a pan-European creative team supporting multiple brands and markets, with a focus on raising creative standards, building high-performing teams and demonstrating the strategic value of in-house creativity
