Amina Folarin

Amina Folarin was appointed CEO of OLIVER’s UK Group earlier this year, tasked with the mission to lead the business through its next stage of rapid growth. 

This follows her five-year award-winning tenure at the helm of the company’s international HR operation as Chief Inclusion Officer and HR Director where she grew their internal recruitment and DE&I teams, as well as secured a #40 spot on The Times’ Best Places to Work list. 

Prior to OLIVER, Folarin progressed through a career in HR at ITV and DigitasLBi. Amina was recently asked to join ActionAid UK as a Board Trustee, an organisation she is incredibly passionate about.
