Charlie Bettice

Charlie Bettice is Head of Production, Channel 4’s in-house creative agency. With a background in long-form comedy and entertainment, he transitioned into advertising 15 years ago, working with brands like BBC Creative, Google, and Sky. Joining 4creative full-time in 2020 as Executive Producer, he led campaigns for 'The Great British Bake Off,' 'Taskmaster,' and 'Derry Girls.' Promoted to Head of Production in 2024, Charlie now leads a team of 20 in-house producers, strengthening capabilities and driving creative innovation. He is committed to maintaining 4creative’s world-class output through a combination of in-house production and partnering with trusted external partners.
